- Ten vacation days after completing six months of employment
- Additional five days vacation given after completing five years of service

Dental Insurance (Assurant)
- Individual deductible per year $50
- Family deductible per year $150

- Employees are eligible after completing six months of service
- Employees are eligible to contribute pre-tax dollars, to the maximum allowed by the IRS
- Elusys matches employee contributions at 25% up to 6% of salary
Life Insurance (Assurant)
- One-time base annual salary to a maximum of $50,000 at no cost to employee
Flexible Spending (Horizon)
- Allows use of pre-tax dollars for unreimbursed medical and dependent care expenses not covered by insurance plans

- All employees are awarded stock options when they join Elusys and they are increased based on level, performance and overall performance of the company
